Transactions not downloading from one account R43.32

I have 3 accounts connected to quicken, 2 checkings, one being my LLC and one my personal checking, and the other savings. It seems that all my transactions on my LLC are coming through just fine but I cannot get a transaction to download from my personal account since 8/16/22. I have tried updating, disconnecting the account from quicken, and reconnecting. Removed all accounts and re-synd and am still having the same issue. My bank is integrity bank. Super confused about why it's just on the one account and not the other 2. Just to check I downloaded mint, another intuit associated company and all my transactions and balances were correct, but the format is not advanced enough for what I would like to do, hence why I am working on getting my quicken working. Thanks for any help!

Is it possible that the transaction was downloaded after it first appeared, but was mismatched to an incorrect register transaction? That sometimes happens if you're automatically accepting downloaded transactions into your registers.Manually record the missing transaction, to get it out of the way.
As far as downloading is concerned, if you're automatically accepting downloaded transactions into your registers I would suggest you change this to manually review, make changes as needed and then accept downloaded transactions one at a time. This gives you better control over what's downloaded and what Payee Name, Category, etc. appears in your register.Where are the "Auto-accept downloaded transaction" settings?
There are two places where this is controlled in Quicken for Windows:
- Globally, for all accounts, in Edit / Preferences / Downloaded Transactions
- For each account individually, the global setting can be overridden from the Edit Account Details screen, Online Services Tab. Look for blue text "Automatic Entry is: ON / OFF". Click the text to change the setting.0
