Quicken Installation failed -- because it is being used by another process

When I tried to perform a backup of my file, I was getting some type of error accessing source file (Forgot to take a picture).   I uninstalled quicken.   Now when I try to re-install quicken I get an error that says "The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process".    Any idea how to resolve this?  I tried removing the files noted in the error box title, but that did not help.

    Temporarily stop your Antivirus software.
    Repeat the Quicken installation process.
    When done, restart Antivirus.
