    I am sorry if there has been any confusion with respect to establishing online banking services. Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community. 

    First, always save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Have you tried the steps listed in the following Support Article, linked here? Let us know if you are seeing any error messages and if you are experiencing any other issues.

  • You misunderstood my question. It do not want to add another account to my Quicken. Rather, I want to add one of my existing accounts to One Step Update.

    Edit Account - Online - enable the connection 

    QWin - R54.16 - Win10

  • When I edit the account, it says "not available" under Transaction Download. So maybe there's no way to do update for this account.
