Chase transactions do not download after change to EWC+

I received the message re: "Quicken has partnered with Chase for a faster, more secure connection. Once you complete your transition to the new connection, you can expect fewer download errors and a more reliable service."
Well, this is patently false and a dismal failure. I followed the directions. I've done it at least 20 times. Got the emails saying I'm now connected.
But NO transactions download. I do the update, get the green circle saying transactions downloaded, but there are no transactions. It simply isn't working. So not only is it NOT more reliable, I now have nothing but a big download error. Just putting green circles and saying it was successful doesn't mean it works.
