Lifetime Planner->update assumptions fails: "can't reach this page http://qw.exe"

When trying to open the Lifetime planner CHANGE ASSUMPTIONS it give an error that it can't access the webpage http://qw.exe .

I just updated to version R44.20 this morning and am not sure this is related.

    With Quicken not running, try removing this folder:
    C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache

    EDIT:  Note it does seem to be related to the R44.20 patch.  They made changes to the Lifetime Planner and it looks like that unless the cache folder it removed the embedded webpages will not come up correctly.
