Santander Downloading Pending Transactions

Santander Bank is downloading pending transaction into my checking account.
When I try to delete them the balance in checking is wildly off. I tried to stop downloads and then restart. Still the same problem. Any thoughts

Note that the transactions are being added as Reconciled even though they a complete transaction.

Please read this discussion about the new function to include/exclude pending transactions in EWC or EWC+ connected accounts. Applies to R 43.xx or R 44.xx Quicken versions.
