Chase Memo Issues

When I update my Chase accounts, the memo fields are blank. This is ridicules. For the last several months Quicken is being having issues. I have deleted my accounts and then re-added my accounts a few times and issues keep on happening. I hope Quicken is planning on giving their customers a refund.

Looking back in my records until 2015, Chase has never transmitted anything in the Downloaded Memo field of my credit card.If the merchant sends any data in the Memo field, that does not appear to be passed along and is not visible in the credit card website.You're chasing a ghost. Give us some more details, please.-1
