Quicken incorrectly marks Chase auto loan PAID

Version R43.32, Build 27.1.43.32, for Windows 11 home
I converted my quicken accounts to the new download procedure with my Chase accounts. The Checking and Savings subaccounts correctly download. However, the Auto loan shows an active balance, but marks the detail area as "This loan is paid off"

This is incorrect and even downloading to a new loan subaccount does not fix the problem

Also, I talked with Chase and they advise that it is definitely not their problem and told me to contact Quicken. More finger pointing.
