chase authorization

I too have authorized each time I have signed into quicken. It split my credit card accounts into two accounts some have one charge and not the other and some have duplicate charges - it downloaded transactions going back to June 2022. I have no idea how to reconcile this and no idea how to fix my budgets which are completely out of whack/ There is NO ONE to call - no help desk and I will be canceling my account when it renews - this is totally unacceptable. I have been a customer for many years and I am totally frustrated
