HSBC to PFCP anyone got DL to Quicken to work

In Sept HSBC transferred many credit card accounts to "PFCP" which is First Bank & Trust (South Dakota). Seems neither comes up when try and set up new account.

Their FAQ says can download in various formats CSV etc not the quicken one. But other than download for statements I do not find how to download transaction and apparently there is no automated Quicken connection.

Anyone found a solution????

You are correct that "HSBC" and "PFCP" are not supported by Quicken for any kind of download.
It's probably a long shot but maybe you could try setting up the account with First Bank & Trust Brookings?  This supports both Express Web Connect  (downloading from within Quicken) and Web Connect (manually downloading transactions in QFX file format from the bank website).

I have the same problem. Did you make any progress?
  • Quicken lists First Bank & Trust Brookings as a connected bank but will NOT find my account using my PFCP login. Quicken does not list Premier Finance it its list of bank participants :(

I would be really surprised if using your PFCP login with First Bank & Trust Brookings would work.  That would raise all kinds of security concerns with me if it did.  Enough so that I would probably cancel every one of those credit cards as fast as I could and open new credit cards with some other financial institution that has better security in place.
I had previously suggested a possible long-shot solution:  Setting up an online account with First Bank & Trust Brookings and then trying to get the credit cards set up in Quicken using that First Bank & Trust Brookings link and login.  Did you try that and what was the result?

Hi Dave, I have the same issue. HSBC worked fine with auto-download transactions. PFCP (Premier Finance Card program), PFCardprogram, or PF|CP are all unrecognized by Quicken. Quicken support confirms that they are not a partner (yet). Sigh, I will wait a little bit to see if that is changed, but likely will have to cancel this card and use others cause e-download is the only way to go. Keep us posted if you learn anything new. Thanks
