Why does Quicken not provide phone help. Do they really not want to support theiir users? This is really disturbing!
I just tried to download a one-step update and got a new account called "customized Cash resersed" without updates to my various credit card accouts" which completely screwed up my accounts. This happened after a Bank of America authorization.
My question is how to reverse and correct this?
I am hoping this Community message will provide a phone number or contact to correct this.

The Quicken Support phone number is 650-250-1900. Phone support is available from 5:00am PT to 5:00pm PT, Monday through Friday.
