US$ for Scotiabank Accounts

I attempted to search for this problem, and it appears that Quicken considers this closed as they have closed comments on the existing threads, but I'm trying to get set up, and maddeningly, it seems like this has either come back, or was never fixed.
My accounts are importing in US$ and from prior comments, it seems like Quicken/Scotiabank are unable/unwilling to fix it permanently.
I have no love for Scotiabank IT. They seem borderline incompetent from my past interactions with them, but that is something Quicken needs to address on their end.
