Quicken and Capital One

I have 2 credit card accounts with Capital One...a Master Card and Visa. I have been downloading transactions without any problems using Web Connect. I tried to switch over to Express Web Connect, but after numerous tries Quicken would freeze and I had to get out with Task Manager. I know how to make the change as I switched with Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Discover without any problems. In fact, Discover apparently doesn't support Web Connect so I had to go to Express Web Connect. I have the current version of Quicken R43.32. Does anyone have a solution?
