Address not appearing on Invoice

A new customer is entered, with a c/o line and the address, city and state. When making a new invoice and the customer is selected the name appears but NOT the address.

    I am sorry to hear about this problem with creating invoices. Thank you for discussing this with us here on the Quicken Community.

    First, what steps are you taking when creating an Invoice, exactly? Are the boxes next to the options under the heading in the left-hand side of the window that says Customer Info checked? Lastly, where is your current active data file located? You may check this anytime by navigating to File > Show this file on my computer... in the upper menu at the top of the screen.
