Is there a way I can add a note to a reconciliation? (Q Mac)

I would like to add a note to a reconciliation so in the future I understand what the problem was for this particular month. The feature I would like would be similar to the way you can add a note in an Excel spreadsheet. Is there a feature like this in Quicken Mac or a feature that would serve the same purpose?

The software doesn't have a direct means of adding a note.

As a workaround, you could enter a $0.00 transaction with a unique payee of your choice. Then you could add you note to the Memo/Notes column. Mark as cleared when you do your reconcile and it won't affect your balance.

I don't know how much this would impact your reports if you have the $0.00 transaction showing up.
