Quicken no longer downloading transactions from Elan for Fidelity credit card

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
This process used to work fine but for a month or two it no longer works. I get a Quicken cannot connect to this site error message. When I Go To Site to fix it the site is wrong. It is a general Elan web page where it is not possible to log in to my account- https://www.elanfinancialservices.com/index.html .

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken. I got some help after a wait from Quicken tech support. We found a different solution. We downloaded through Fidelity Rewards credit card instead of Elan, and it worked.0
