Schwab IRA – no downloads since ~8/30/2022, any fixes for this issue?

Schwab IRA – no downloads since ~8/30/2022; found 11 transactions in the account on-line register that are not in Quicken. No errors on One Step Update execution. Brokerage account under same User ID downloads transactions as expected.
Reported same via Quicken > Help > Report a problem...
