Update Fails - Cannot Access File Being Used by Another Process

I get the attached message every time I try to update Quicken after an update notification. I am able to update using the Mondo Patch from the Quicken website, but with the increasing number of updates that is a cumbersome process. How can I eliminate the error message and update directly? Thanks.

I would suggest looking into your antivirus software or cloud sync software. Either application is preventing Quicken from normal updates. You will need to either pause the cloud sync or add a rule to the antivirus software to whitelist Quicken.0
