Home screen display problem

1. Reports did not print full size.
a. Followed directions in help:
i. Properties
ii. Compatibility tab
iii. Uncheck all settings
iv. Change high DPI settings
v. Check Override high DPI scaling behavior, scaling performed by: Application.
vi. OK
vii. Uncheck the run this program in compatibility mode setting
viii. Change settings for all users
ix. Apply
b. Reports printed correctly but now home screen looks like this!


2. Will not let me undo scaling override: it’s light grey and won’t unclick.


3. I need this fixed… I cannot read top line on home screen to make selections.

In addition to using the scaling override, have you also enabled "View / Use large Fonts"?

If so, turn it off and see if that makes it better.
