Run Time error

I am getting an error message when opening quicken. It says, unable to initialize quicken run time components. restart quicken and try rerunning quicken. If the problem persists, contact support. I have restarted twice and am still getting the same message. I tried uninstalling quicken, but it crashed during the uninstall.
