In the New Customer Invoice dialog there's the Message to Customer field. You can use it print a selected short message (or use one of the predefined messages using the pulldown button)
This message will print in the unused area in the lower left of the invoice.

In the New Customer Invoice dialog, the Business tag field determines which of your businesses this invoice belongs to. When printing invoices the appropriate business address should be selected for printing on the invoice. If I'm wrong about that or if you need a different invoice layout for each business, create the needed invoice layouts using the Forms Designer and select the layout to choose for this new invoice using the Layout field.
