FLAGSTAR Bank CDP_SCRIPT_ERROR:FDP-163

As of October 1, I am no longer able to update through quicken. I get a CDP_SCRIPT_ERROR:FDP-163 error. It looks like there are instances with other banks as well. Has anyone figured out a solution?
