Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Bill pay downloads

I started to use BOA website for bill paying. I entered three bills to be paid 10-14-2022. It would be nice to have these download to quicken before the dates so I can monitor. Anyone else have this situation?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
With the new EWC+ connection method, scheduled bill pay transactions will no longer download as they did before as this was a Direct Connect feature. The new connection method only downloads posted transactions.

noted they will not download. You can however manually enter the transactions in your register to monitor. After the bill posts, you can download and the download should match the manual entry.
