Discover Card not updating my transactions

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
Noted the other day that discover card does not have Quicken as a type of download. I was told that Quicken wanted to use another method, I was able to update once from quicken 6.9 but not today. Trying to update to reconcile. Quicken says successful but there is a cleared transaction on my Discover statement but not cleared in the discover register in quicken. What is the change and what must i do?

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with downloading transactions from your Discover Card account(s).
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Discover accounts to see if the same issue occurs with transactions not downloading. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
