Setting up accounts in Quicken Deluxe

I am new to Quicken, Deluxe version, Windows 11, and have just added all of my accounts. I am only seeing transactions back to the beginning of July when I select the entire year. How do I get the entire year loaded? I did just download a file of transactions from 1/1 to 7/7 from my bank account to a Quicken format, but the file format wasn't recognized when I attempted to import it in Quicken.

What is the format of the file you downloaded from your bank?

I am still running into issues with getting the rest of the year's transactions. Two of my online accounts only provide the downloaded file as a csv file. Is there an easy way to convert a csv to a qfx file?

You can use ImportQIF to import CSV files.

Thanks. It looks like it would be easier to enter the transactions individually. No fun, but doable.
