I can't connect to Chase Credit Card Account

Chase security & privacy tab shows that my chase account is connected to Quicken. I performed the required changes but UPDATE is not occuring.

    What connection method does Quicken show your Chase account is set up for?  Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect+?  You can get this information by looking directly under the Account Name at the top left of the Account Register view.

    got an agent, resolved the issue in 25 minutes of deactivating and reactivating. Hope it holds now.

    Great.  I hope it holds for you.  I know some users have had issues with the process of getting their Chase accounts set up for EWC+ but it appears to me that once that hurdle is completed the setup remains stable.  If not, contact Quicken Support, again, or reply back here.

    There is nothing on the register page that states how my Chase credit card data is being fetched.

    I am sorry if there is some difficulty in identifying your current connection method. Thank you for reaching out about this here in this Quicken Community Discussion.

    Please note that you can verify the connection method anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.
