Downloads misposted; accounts will not balance

Title says it all. I am having so many problems; hard to list them all. Worst of all I can't find the root of it any of it. I've printed accounts and it checked them against Quicken entries. I can't find it. Accounts won't sync. First it was Fidelity, Nordstrom, now it's LL Bean (Citibank).
