Discover Card cc-502 Error

I received the notice that Discover was changing its method of connection. I went through the process and received a CC-502 error. After trying several times, I deactivated online services for the card and wanted to add it again. I'm still receiving CC-502 errors. I've tried to add a new Discover account and still get CC-502 errors.
Any suggestions?

I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-502 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

I've done all of that, and It still doesn't work. I reported a problem to Quicken two days ago and have heard nothing.0 -

We recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation if needed.

Also, just so you are aware, submitting a problem report and sending your logs to Quicken does not warrant an automatic response, you would still need to contact support for further assistance.
