Transaction vs Settlement date for Chase investment accounts (Q Mac)

Automatic and manual reconciliation has become a nightmare. Quicken is using the transaction date as the settlement date for investment account transactions. Since cash moves on settlement date, which is generally later that the transaction date, cash balances in Quicken are incorrect.
