M&T Direct Conenct

I cannot get my Quicken and my M&T Direct Connect to connect. I managed to get it to do so once on 9/16/22 but it will not connect again. I have tried all of the suggestions - deleting my account, going to my hidden accounts list. I get in a loop where it tells me it can't connect now but it's not my fault or it tells me to enter my password without any spot to do so. I am very, very frustrated.
