Syncing between two installs of Quicken (Mac Air books), android phone and the web login

I have Quicken for Mac installed on two Mac-book laptops and my android phone. I also intend on using web access at times. Quicken data is stored on the Quicken Cloud as of October 7th. My question is if I add or change data (financial transactions) on anyone one of my devices will it be synced between all my devices and the web application.

    Phone, web, and one Mac will work. Adding a second Mac is going to cause trouble. I'd suggest picking one laptop to hold your Quicken file & using the Web interface on the other one.
