The Chase update changed my Old National bank account to Chase credentials

When the Chase conversion updated the accounts, it changed my personal checking account from Old National to Chase. I go to Account Details on the checking account, Online Services, and click on Set up Now... It goes to Chase and does not let me choose my bank Old National. I am not sure where to make the change back to my bank.
