Accepting unmatched downloaded transactions trouble

When accepting an UNmatched downloaded transaction Quicken appears to be over-writing an existing transaction thus.

1.Download
2.Click on one of the newly received, not yet accepted, transactions.
TROUBLE: Instead of creating a new transaction Q* appears to highlight an existing transaction. Or maybe it IS a new transaction but instead of populating the information from the downloaded transaction it loads completely unrelated information in ALL fields, including the amount.

    Hello @kayakor,

I am sorry to hear about this problem with transaction information being overwritten. Thank you for reaching out about this here on the Quicken Community.

First, are you noticing this problem with a particular account? Also, what connection method are you currently making use of in order to add or link your accounts to online banking services? Please note that you can verify this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.

I hope to hear back from you about this, if you have the chance to check in with us, again.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

Do you possibly have a Memorized Payee for the downloaded transaction that Quicken is then using as a template for the transaction using all of the information in the MP along with the amount when creating the new entry?
Also, you refer to "an UNmatched downloaded transaction".  Is this a transaction that Q thought was a match and you unmatched manually or a transaction that was/is shown as 'New" in the downloaded transactions list?
