Chase bank download issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
After new update all my transactions in one of my Chase accounts (line of credit account) disappeared. There were several years of transactions before the recent updates. When I go to the account in Chase there is no longer a download icon at the transaction screen. All my other accounts have download icons but this account does not. Anyone have any thoughts on what the issue might be? Thanks in advance.

Also, on the one step update this account does not download any transactions. All my other accounts are downloading fine into Quicken. I have deactivated and activated as well as resetting the account. Same issue persists.1

We do currently have an active alert regarding Chase users being unable to download transactions after reauthorizing their accounts. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

I thought I was was doing something wrong, but glad to see this is a known error. I have Quicken Deluxe v R43.32, running on Win11. Hope for expedient resolution to this problem. Thanks1

I have not been able to download chase or paypal transactions for over a month. I spent 3 hours on customer service calls and still NOTHING is downloading. What is the solution for this??0
