trouble adding keybank account

Hi,
I have successfully added several accounts. I can't add keybank. I confirm that the login credentials are correct prior to trying. What can I do? BTW, keybank does a 2-factor auth when I log into there site. Is this a problem?
Thanks,
James

Did you Enroll with Key to be able to download into Quicken? If not, it looks like you'll need to complete and submit the online application at https://www.key.com/personal/online-banking/personal-finance-managers.html. Some banks require an application and approval process and it looks like Key is one of those. Once they approve/authorize your account(s) you should be able to set and start downloading. Also, are you aware that Key charges a monthly fee for downloading into Quicken? If you do not, in the online application form there is a link that will take you to the fees structure so you can review it.
