Why does quicken r43.32 incorrectly show "Twice a Month": for 10 scheduled transaction?

All 12 of my scheduled transactions are monthly, but quicken r43.32 incorrectly show 10 of them as "Twice a Month":.

This repeats even after a super validation and reboot.l

    Are these online bill pay transactions that are/were affected by a recent bank conversion from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect and now cannot execute as bill pay any longer?
    Validate and Supervalidate cannot fix things it cannot detect as broken.
    Have you tried changing the frequency back to Monthly?
