Schwab Pledged Asset Line- account asset history lost

I recently opened a Pledged Asset Line in my Schwab account. Similar to somebody on the Windows side of the community I then lost all past history of the assets which had been pledged, and therefor transferred to the PAL account when syncing the new accounts. The assets all show up correctly and the amounts are correct, but the assets disappear in the Net Worth Report history in the time before the account was established. Current account syncs correctly.
2 hours spent on the help line and no solution.
Any suggestions are welcome.
