Quicken locks up with Chase

I've seen issues with Quicken locking up when trying to set up or access Chase Bank. However, I don't see any resolution except call Customer Support. Anyone have any ideas? I've looked for the hidden screen, but don't see one.

    Called the help center. Had to disconnect all accounts associated with Chase. Don't delete the account, just the online connection. Then go back to the account that should be your Chase account and reestablish the online connection with Chase and direct that online account to the account already established on your computer. If this is not straight forward, then call into support. They are good at what they do.
