Is it possible to enter tags on multiple transactions at once instead individually?

    Sure. Use command-click to select the transactions in the register, right-click on one of them & select Edit Transaction, then on the Tags line in the Transaction Info dialog enter your tags & click OK. The tags will be added to all the selected transactions.

    This doesn't work on split transactions, though, you'll still have to add tags to those one at a time.
