Quicken 2014 Script Error

I am using Quicken 2014 and yesterday it gave me a script error screen. Whether I click to continue running the script or not, I am unable to gain access to the program. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am having trouble uploading a screenshot as I do not see the image upload feature. I have uploaded the screenshot to imgbb here (https://ibb.co/jHQXsvS)

On that page, it says

As noted in the popup (or if you don't have this icon available), you can also simply drag and drop an image file from Windows File Explorer onto your post.

While you're working on sending the requested image also please include version and release of Quicken (click Help / About Quicken). Would like to know if you have all available bug fixes (patch files) installed.
