Unable to download Chase Visa transactions 2/21-7/22

I have a gap in my downloaded transactions from Chase. The time is 2/26/21-7/14/22.
What can I do?

Are you just now trying to build a new Quicken account register with transactions for this year?
Or have you had the same account register in use for several years and the reported gap in transactions is something that just happened?
Do take a look in your account sidebar. Is it possible that you now have a new, second account register with transactions only for the last 3 months, in parallel to another account register with all the old transactions from before July?
