Cannot download QFX files from bank or visa accounts

I have tried all sorts of downloads to no avail. I have tried direct from Quicken and also from the bank web sites. I get the file from the bank, and Quicken asks to import it, but nothing happens. Its getting very frustrating, anybody know how to fix this. Thanks.

    what exact bank name ?

    Wells Fargo, Citibank, Chase. It doesn't matter which one, they are all screwed up. It is always missing some months and also sometimes doubles up some transactions.
