Why do I have to reauthorize account update for Capital One

I have had to reauthorize my Cap One accounts at least 4 times in the last 6 months. I does work for awhile, but then for no apparent reason when I go to update these accounts I am kicked to the Cap One website. When I check on the Online Services tab I have transaction download activated. Is this a Quicken issue for a Cap One issue?

    @curtrapp - not sure, but I would not be surprized if it a Cap One requirement.  Bank are more concernd about security and they want to be more confident they know who is downloading your transactions.  Have you called Cap One to ask them?
