    Hello @sungate,

I am sorry about this problem with the program window. Thank you for talking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.

First, did you intend to offer a screenshot of what you are seeing in the program? If so, you can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

Also, from what I am understanding, it sounds as though you are noticing freezing or crashing on certain screens. Is this correct? Have
you tried restarting your computer after this happens? You may additionally try uninstalling the Quicken software using the steps listed in this Support Article, then deleting Quicken from the Program Files (x86) folder. You may then reinstall the software after following those steps using the steps listed here.

I hope that is helpful, and I look forward to your reply.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

    Hello @sungate,

I do apologize that this issue is continuing, and thanks for getting back to us about what's happening.

I'm afraid I don't see any images connected to your previous comments. Did you try the steps listed in the FAQ linked earlier? I am linking it here, again, just in case.

    I hope that helps.

    Thanks,

    Quicken Jared

More information .... the commands at the bottom of the page are not visible any more because of the page's larger sign and I have no way to make changes

What's the screen size? And what's the screen resolution setting?
Are you using "View / Use large fonts"?
Must be 1024x768 or higher screen resolution, 1280x1024 minimum for Large Fonts settings.

Looks like you found a solution. What, exactly was "that's it"?
Your answer will help others when in a similar situation.
P.S.: You don't have to turn off power on your computer just to get rid of a malfunctioning application. In most cases, starting the Task Manager (with Ctrl-Alt-Del), selecting this application and clicking "End Task" to terminate it should do the job.
