Pending transactions not shown

I saw pending transactions for about 1 day, then they went away. I've read about clicking the hourglass but I don't see that either.
My quicken version is R44.27

    The programmers went back to the drawing board with that feature. It needs some more tweaking.

    they turned it OFF - since it was not working properly
