Chase Bank Accounts One Step Update not working
Cliff
I am running Quicken R44.27, my Chase Bank accounts do not download using One Step Update, the Credit Card account does, but not the Checking Account. I have been through the Reauthorize accounts.

Hello
@Cliff
,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this issue.
We do currently have an active alert regarding Chase users being unable to download transactions after reauthorizing their accounts. You may follow this

to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
I do apologize for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

How do you make it work? Your software just locks up when I try to update the password. Everything works fine on the chase website but your update process which has worked fine for years now doesn't work at all. We've had alerts and warnings but this is pretty disappointing. Surely your software team can do better! Help!!
