Second level on for all the categories are missing when used in at least one transaction

Dear responsible,
I have had that issue for over a year. I contacted the support last time on July 7th, 2022, and got ticket #9579207. Please, would you check that and update it?
I still cannot change categories that are in use, like renaming them. I shared my screen at that time and invested more than 1 hour with the support responsible to collect all the evidence necessary for troubleshooting.
