How do I turn off data sharing permission for Quicken and unrelated parties?

I cannot enter my sync password all of the sudden without giving quicken permission to sell my information to unrelated and unwanted 3rd parties, any way to turn this function off?

If you are referring to the recent migrations for Schwab, Chase, BoA - they are requiring you to "authorize" the sharing of your financial transactions with data services that are proxy for Quicken downloading....
both the Quicken Desktop, along with the Quicken Mobile App and Quicken on the Web -
All of the newer EWC+ protocol downloads actually go thru a outside data aggregator - namely - Intuit -
