chase will not connect with the new EWC

I get so far as getting into Chase to add the accounts and then it just scrolls and will not go past the scrolling. Have called help and they got the same issue this has been going on since the transition date in September. Please fix this. Any hints of what I can do on my end besides each day going into Chase and moving each account over one at a time.
