Vanguard positions incomplete

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
Earlier this year, we acquired some new securities in our Vanguard account through inheritance. These are not showing up in Quicken's rendition of the account. What's wrong? Should I delete the account and re-enter it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Vanguard accounts to see if the new securities appear there. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.
