Vanguard positions incomplete

Earlier this year, we acquired some new securities in our Vanguard account through inheritance. These are not showing up in Quicken's rendition of the account. What's wrong? Should I delete the account and re-enter it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
First, I suggest creating a
test file
and adding the Vanguard accounts to see if the new securities appear there. You can create a
test file
by navigating to
File > New > Start from Scratch
. It is recommended to
save a backup
before proceeding.
